I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with clean and tidy rooms, although my room wasn't ready upon arrival. The spacious and clean accommodations made up for it. The service was efficient, and despite a group of 8, we were quickly checked in and settled. The welcoming and good-natured staff were especially helpful and friendly, making our stay enjoyable even with our limited German. The location was very central, providing easy access to the city's main attractions. The abundance of Asian restaurants nearby added to the convenience. The morning dining experience was surprisingly good, offering freshly made scrambled eggs and a variety of cereal options. Overall, a great value for the money.
